Very nice people to work with. Even though they spent time trying to diagnose and fix my vehicle, they said their policy was " if we can't fix it, we don't charge". Complicated problem on a Cadillac SRX. I would use them for repairs on other vehicles I have.

I cannot recommend this place enough!!! July 4th we broke down in crescent and a tow truck driver took our pick up to this shop. They were closed for the holiday so we got to stay in La Pine for a couple days and I absolutely cannot believe how nice the folks were in this cute town. The shop had us up and going by the afternoon of the 5th and customer service was fantastic!!! Thousand ��� in my book!

Great people and great service. We were towed in over night and in the morning they got the van going again in just a couple hours with a new serpentine belt and power stearing pully. Also gave us a ride closer into town to eat breakfast and picked us up all the while our dog was welcome to stay in the cooler office and get treats and water. Again, great people and quality buisness all the way aroud.
