Took care of me right away! Very friendly service! Everything was perfect in every way except I thought the labor charges were a bit expensive. Also, I have to go back in when I get a chance as the check engine light is on which wasn't there before I took the car in. Even tho I haven't been to the shop before, Jeremy treated me as if I had been a regular customer in the past. My wife was in the hospital at the time and I was worried about how I was going to get my car back and forth from home. Jeremy provided transportation for me and set my mind at ease. Yes, I would recommend this business to my friends!

Rescued our Memorial Day holiday Friday before Memorial Day weekend water pump is sounding like a hub cap full of lug nuts. Three hundred miles from home to enjoy some desert time and then this! Eleven a.m. one shop turns us away, "going home at one o'clock today. Try Integrity Auto." Glad we did. Estimated 2 hours and a suggested price that sounded fair. After a leisurely lunch and brief wait the repair was done on time and for the quoted price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Integrity Auto for repairs in the LaPine area. They rescued our holiday weekend. Really!

quity service and professional We were at our vacation home in LaPine when my transmission in my car went bad. We were not familiar with any shops in the area, but decided to have our car repaired at Integrity. We worked mainly with Rich but found everyone there friendly and ready to help us. Integrity took charge of working with our insurance company and getting a new transmission through the dealership. They kept us informed all the way and worked to get us back on the road as soon as possible. My car is running great again and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
