While going to the mechanic isn’t always high on my places of to go to. The staff at Integrity make it a much easier process than it should be. I really like the new video I was sent going over what the mechanic saw while servicing my pickup. The mechanic not only fully explained what he was showing in a clear manner, he made it easy for a non mechanic to understand.

We have tried 2 other auto repair places in town...the 1st did the job & was timely, but he was rude & foul mouthed. The 2nd place never called to say what was up, after a week, called to act like part was ordered, but overheard call to the contrary. Integrity has been communicative, timely & pleasant. We will continue to give them our future business.

Integrity Auto is the only place I would ever consider to work on my 4Runner. I feel confident that the job will be done right, with no corners cut. I trust them. The office staff, Kristy, is always friendly and helpful, and I feel really comfortable waiting in their lounge area while my car gets an oil change.

I got more work done for less money then my original bid, I was more than happy, who does work for less than an original bid, never in my life. They had Optimum recommendations within my budget to maintain the Integrity of my poor old truck. They have my working dollars forever, Don s Salem Oregon

As usual, the guys at Integrity did a great job! I had clips missing and shoes loose. The tech that worked on my rig sent me a video of the problems and explained what needed to be done. All of the work was done as quickly as possible, my rig was ready pretty quick. All in all the guys always do a great job. I also like the new inspection report too. Thanks guys!!
