MY WIFE TOOK HER 2000 RAV#4 THERE NOT LONG AGO----THERE WAS SOME ISSUES OVER WORK DONE BEFORE WE STARTED DOING BUSSINESS HERE THE MECHANICS HERE NOT ONLY MADE IT RIGHT-BUT WENT ON & OVER THEIR CALL OF BUTY ON MY WIFES CAR.............WOULD I SUGJEST HER TAKING HER CAR BACK 2 THEM AGAIN ;ABSOLUTELY/SCOTT THE PROF. RETIRED PLUMBER.

My family has been going to integrity auto service for a while now, they are honest and trust worthy. Their team has an impressive amount of knowledge and experience. They are good at problem solving and have a great work ethic, I can see why they have a long line of loyal customers. They have up to date technology and sent me a link via text to watch on my personal cell phone of my own multi point inspection while my vehicle was getting serviced. Immediately following my inspection they sent me an email with descriptions, recommendations and estimates. They were patient and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I was very impressed with how fast they got me in as a walk in. My vehicle was misfiring coming over the mountain pass, called around to other shops.. with no luck. They were the only ones to offer reviewing the engine code & then offered to fit me in. They saved my day & eased my worries

Our Dodge pickup lost power steering while we were at East Lake. Integrity was recommended to us by the RV Park host at the lake so we had it towed to them that day (Tuesday). We were told that they would do everything possible to have it ready for us Wednesday at closing as our checkout date was Thursday. In the meantime they sent us a video of the broken power steering pump and a badly cracked drive belt. They were able to make the repairs on time at a very reasonable price. The Office Manager and Technicians are excellent. I wish they had a shop closer to our home near Salem. THANKS!!!

Great service and a friendly atmosphere.

My car wouldn't start after as I was leaving a 4-day camping trip at LaPine State Park. AAA towed me to Integrity and I'm so pleased they selected it. My battery only needed to be recharged and they did this at no cost. If I lived in the area, I would definitely return here for any service I needed. They care about their customers. Thanks for making a possible bad situation into a really good one!!

Great service, fast and friendly! Really liked the video showing and describing the areas on my truck needing attention. The descriptions of the problems allowed me to prioritize the items needing immediate attention and those that can be postponed for awhile. A 16 year old truck with 192,000 miles is going to need repairs and I appreciate Integrity’s commitment to the maintenance and repairs needed! I’ll be back soon for the brake fluid flush and new front brake pads!!!!
