These guys are awesome. We were on a camping trip and we had transmission problems and our brakes went out. They got us in quick and took great care of us. I wish we had a Auto service shop this good where we live.

I am so impressed with the customer service here, they even sent me a detailed video showing me/explaining what was wrong with my car so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I've never been to an auto repair shop that felt so honest and trustworthy. They truly live up to the name Integrity!

Very impressed with the experience of buying a used vehicle here. It is on consignment so I'd suggest a pre purchase inspection which the owner encouraged as well. The owner seemed to be very honest, was polite and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to return!

Was vacationing near LaPine, Oregon during the first week of July 2024. Pulling my travel trailer with my 2018 Toyota Tundra, we noticed the oil pressure was very low. On checking the oil leve, I found no oil on the dipstick.Friends who were with us, went in to Bend and purchased 2 gallons of oil for me. The capacity of the oil tank was 8 quarts, and I used 7 quarts to bring the level up on the dipstick. I knew I needed to find out what was going on, and at a minimum I knew there was an oil leak. I was able to get several recommendations from other campers for Integrity Auot Services in LaPine. Contacted them by cell phone, determined that the vehicle was drivable for a short distant, and took it in early the next morning. The Service Manager, Kyle, had one of his mechanics do a visual inspection and they found a Crack in the housing for the oil filter. They had the parts on hand, fit me into their very busy schedule, replaced the filter housing, installed new oil and filter, did a test run/inspection, and said I was good to go. In total, the cost of the repair was less then $200. I can't be happier with the service I was provided by Integrity Auto Services. Kyle was top notch, and he and his company more than lived up to their companies name - Integrity! Thank You Integrity - Greg Drais

The guys at Integrity Auto did a great Job repairing my Truck, despite the "hurdles", that being the Dealership that had failed to tell me I had not 1 but 2 warranties, both of which were useless and treated me with so much disrespect I was left feeling frustrated and angry, However Thomas was most helpful and made it financially possible for me to make the payment in full.I will be coming back should I require their services.

Kyle at Integrity was fantastic! They got my pickup in, he fought with the insurance on our behalf, fixed it and got it back to us in 4 1/2 days. The work was great and it runs like it did when I bought it. Thank you! Dale Leslie

Absolutely love this place. Went above and beyond to get me in during my time frames! Shuttle service is such a nice addition as well as the video inspection! 10/10 recommend.
