Everyone there was very pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend them.

I was driving through Oregon from Arizona on my way to Portland in a 22’ foot school bus. Packed to the roof with all my furniture and possessions… And my two large dogs. At Gordy’s rest stop in LaPine it was discovered I had a fuel leak. It took me three days sleeping at a truck stop and 4 local “REFERRALS” to find a mechanic praying to find someone. Every “diesel mechanic “ in town took a look at my situation and declined to take my money because the job would either “ take a week or was too complex” I finally found INTEGRITY Auto Services and boy does their name live up to standards! Brad (the Angel) took one look at the situation had the parts delivered in the hour and had it done by closing time. And he was a wonderful spirit to boot! Yes the job was not easy... but these folks were SO NICE and SO ACCOMMODATING. Fairly priced and the work solid and guaranteed. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to Integrity!!

We’re very pleased with everyone and the service at integrity. It was really hard going from having my dads shop working on all of my cars to a new one when we moved to La pine. But they have really made that transition easier and we are very thankful for them all at integrity. ❤️

Simply put, these folks are great! We received a miracle(the fact our jeep kept running) and they kept the blessing flowing. Rich was awesome! The lady at the counter, too :) Funny enough, another Rich(Napa) in Lapine, OR was equally awesome! They replaced our alternator in no time flat. Our alternator went out on our truck as we were towing our trailer home from a camping trip. They were able to get us in right away and we were back on the road within a few hours.

We were heading to East Lake for a family camping trip. Our radiator hot a big crack in a and was towed here. Was able to get our truck back the next day. Awesome service. Thanks so much.

Got me in last minute after changing my arrival time three times over the course of two days. Showed up an hour before close and they assured me it was no issue and got me in and out within an hour and a half. Great customer service, nice group of guys. Would recommend.

Integrity went above and beyond when an unexpected break down left me stranded. I am currently traveling the country in a camper van and have had phenomenal success finding good help when I need it by first checking yelp. I called ahead to several places. Integrity was the only shop with a pleasant comforting voice on the phone that assured me I could have my van towed in and they would take care of me.
