Prompt and honest is the best (though brief) description I can think of when it comes to Integrity Auto. Brought my auto in for a 'second opinion' on some (supposedly) needed future maintenance as suggested elsewhere....and instead got a complete and rational explanation on why the supposed repair was miles and miles (maybe years in fact) in the future. No charge for their valued second opinion.

The best people to work with! Needed repairs are explained clearly prior to completion. I even receive a video showing the details. In and out quickly.

Try this repair shop. My first time in and I felt like I had been going there since my first oil change. They serviced my transmission and transfer case. I got a video of the underside of my truck. Who does that? I am a returning client now. Sorry Ford dealership.

These folks always do an excellent job, are respectful, affordable, on time, couldn’t ask for any better service. The facility is clean, the people that work there are pleasant and accommodating. That has not been my experience with three other places in my little town. I’m very appreciative of Integrity Auto & the positive way they do business.

Our 1998 Chevrolet K1500 Diesel would not start Yes Baby it's Cold Outside Had it towed to Integrity Replaced the Glowplugs back on the road the next day Very happy with the cost and services We will be back Not soon we hope This is a AAA aproved shop What's the big deal about that? If it needs repaired or replaced the AAA will back you anywhere in the U.S. Thank You

I was driving through Oregon from Arizona on my way to Portland in a 22’ foot school bus. Packed to the roof with all my furniture and possessions… And my two large dogs. At Gordy’s rest stop in LaPine it was discovered I had a fuel leak. It took me three days sleeping at a truck stop and 4 local “REFERRALS” to find a mechanic praying to find someone. Every “diesel mechanic “ in town took a look at my situation and declined to take my money because the job would either “ take a week or was too complex” I finally found INTEGRITY Auto Services and boy does their name live up to standards! Brad (the Angel) took one look at the situation had the parts delivered in the hour and had it done by closing time. And he was a wonderful spirit to boot! Yes the job was not easy... but these folks were SO NICE and SO ACCOMMODATING. Fairly priced and the work solid and guaranteed. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to Integrity!!

Our truck broke down just down the road while we were towing our fifth wheel trailer. The truck was towed to the shop after 2pm but they were able to diagnose the issue (water pump failure) right away, order parts, and arranged for a mechanic to start work early the next morning. The truck was ready to go before 11am. They also let us get our trailer towed to their parking lot and stay there overnight. Getting towed to a shop is always scary because you have no idea what you will get and whether a shop will treat you fairly or take advantage of the fact that you are stranded. Definitely felt like Integrity Auto not only treated us fairly but went above and beyond to accommodate our unique situation. Highly recommend!

This place is where I will continue to keep my cars running for years. The staff is thorough and knowledgable. The owner is friendly and trustworthy. That's what I need in a repair shop.

We helped our grandson buy a car and took it to Integity Auto to have a pre purchase bumper to bumper inspection, test drive, and scope test. The pricing was reasonable and we were able to deduct the price of the inspection if we had any work done through them. The car needed front brakes and they recommended an oil change. We felt the service manager was honest and took the time to answer all the questions we had. It was a pleasure doing business with Integrity Auto. We will be back. Excellent shop, friendly, caring staff who strive to make a difference. Premier customer service.

Everyone there was very pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend them.
