La Pine Auto Repair

Prior to arriving at our destination at LaPine State Park my trucks engine lost power on two occasions and the check engine light came on. We were pulling a travel trailer and a bit frazzled by the uncertainty of our situation. The next morning I called Integrity Auto in LaPine and they had me come right on in. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it that day! Even provided me a loaner car at no additional fee where I was able to get back to camping while they worked on the truck. Thanks Integrity for taking care of us.

Integrity Auto Services was amazing! We were on vacation and had driven with the battery warning sign for over a half an hour. We came in to La Pine and called Integrity auto services. The staff was professional and took care of us right away. Our truck and trailer died about 500 feet from Integrity. They came immediately and towed our truck and trailer, diagnosed the problem as a faulty alternator, ordered the alternator and had it installed in less than an hour. The staff was professional, friendly, and very kind to us. They treated us like family! We highly recommend integrity auto services! They saved the day for us! They are our heroes!

A rodent had eaten some wires, they detected the problem quickly and fixed it. The office staff was also friendly and helpful. It was 1/2 the price estimate I got from the dealership.
