Went in for an oil change with a 'check engine light' - we knew it was something to do with O2 and gas - we had already replaced the gas cap, when that didn't fix it we figured it was going to be a more costly sensor. Rich wanted to try the simple gas cap thing again and put a slight bit of oil on it to help it seal - sure enough a quick and no cost fix -- thanks so much! You guys ROCK

She kept us informed during the day and a half our truck was in there. They were professional and prompt priced fairly. And went Kept us informed about an additional issue that was discovered during the service by sending a video via text of the engine and the part in question. After they took care of my starting issue on my 1996 Ford F350, I had a driver's door handle issue, that made it impossible to open the driver's door from the inside. Took it over to Integrity and asked when they thought they could get me in. They said bring it in when you can and the would work on it. Couldn't be happier, got it done very quick. Not going to take my vehicle anywhere else. You can't beat this service.
