Our alternator went out on our truck as we were towing our trailer home from a camping trip. They were able to get us in right away and we were back on the road within a few hours.

We were heading to East Lake for a family camping trip. Our radiator hot a big crack in a and was towed here. Was able to get our truck back the next day. Awesome service. Thanks so much.

Got me in last minute after changing my arrival time three times over the course of two days. Showed up an hour before close and they assured me it was no issue and got me in and out within an hour and a half. Great customer service, nice group of guys. Would recommend.

Integrity went above and beyond when an unexpected break down left me stranded. I am currently traveling the country in a camper van and have had phenomenal success finding good help when I need it by first checking yelp. I called ahead to several places. Integrity was the only shop with a pleasant comforting voice on the phone that assured me I could have my van towed in and they would take care of me. I asked ahead and they even allowed me to stay the night inside my van on...

I was able to bring my dog into the waiting room and do some work on my computer while the repairs were being completed They were already busy with repairs that day, but in order to take care of me and one other customer who also broke down...the owner came in on his day off and personally fixed my problem. I was in and out in less than 24 hours and the price was extremely reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about the whole staff. Everyone on this team as an exceptional attitude. It is so rare to find a business with such an exceptional customer experience....especially in the automotive industry. They truly live up to their name “integrity auto” thank you, thank you, thank you!

Several months ago, I had major repairs done at the mazda dealer near my home, including full replacement of the brake apparatus. I recently made a trip to La Pine - by the time I got there the car was making really bad scraping noises that would not allow me continue driving. I found Integrity auto services, and took my car there. The immediate diagnosis was that one of the brakes had worked loose, and needed to be replaced to continue driving. By the next morning, they had the part, and had replaced the whole brake mechanism! I am thankful to Dave for having done such a quick and thorough job to get me back on the road.
