I’ve been having services from this business for years now. A new A/C system, tune up and catalytic converter replacement. They are very professional while also being very nice to interact with. Always give price and time estimates that are close to actual results. If you have any issues they are addressed and taken care of right away.

Had my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee there for repairs. They were fast efficient and friendly! Tanya does a great job communicating with me about what repairs my car needed and kept me up to date every step of the way! Great place. Great people. Had a last minute, urgent repair come up as I was passing through town. They were able to take me the day of. Their warranty program is amazing. They got me back on the road after an extensive repair. The ONLY reason they got 4 stars is because they forgot to change the bulb on my front headlight and I was pulled over for it.

Integrity went above and beyond when an unexpected break down left me stranded. I am currently traveling the country in a camper van and have had phenomenal success finding good help when I need it by first checking yelp. I called ahead to several places. Integrity was the only shop with a pleasant comforting voice on the phone that assured me I could have my van towed in and they would take care of me. I asked ahead and they even allowed me to stay the night inside my van on their lot( which was a must since everything I own is inside this van). I was able to bring my dog into the waiting room and do some work on my computer while the repairs were being completed They were already busy with repairs that day, but in order to take care of me and one other customer who also broke down...the owner came in on his day off and personally fixed my problem. I was in and out in less than 24 hours and the price was extremely reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about the whole staff. Everyone on this team as an exceptional attitude. It is so rare to find a business with such an exceptional customer experience....especially in the automotive industry. They truly live up to their name “integrity auto” thank you, thank you, thank you!

Got me in last minute after changing my arrival time three times over the course of two days. Showed up an hour before close and they assured me it was no issue and got me in and out within an hour and a half. Great customer service, nice group of guys. Would recommend.

Top notch customer service!! Krissy and Rich extremely Helpful, friendly professional and made for a quick repair experience. Alternator went out while camping near diamond lake. 75 miles away, I Made few calls and choose Integrity based Krissy’s helpful chat. She checked on parts called me right back. I got the car to shop, completed in few hours. Thank you !!!

I brought my van in thinking I had a failed wheel bearing. Rich, the service manager took the time to test drive my van with my canoe on top of the rack , and without. Thank god he took the time to really help me. We determined that the intense vibration I was experiencing was from the air resistance of the canoe and NOT from my wheel bearing!! What a relief. I needed half a quart of oil added to my vehicle so I offered to purchase some oil from them to show my support and gratitude for their help. Rich added some oil to my engine and when I offered to pay, he refused my money and said it's on the house! What kind of auto repair shop does that?! A very reputable and highly credible one! No reason they have 5 star ratings on multiple platforms. Don't waste your time or money on 'Sales Mechanics' - take it straight to Integrity Auto Repair Services! Then again, their name says it all!

These guys went out of their way to help me when my truck started misfiring on a road trip. A month later and still running strong. Thanks again guys!
