Several months ago, I had major repairs done at the mazda dealer near my home, including full replacement of the brake apparatus. I recently made a trip to La Pine - by the time I got there the car was making really bad scraping noises that would not allow me continue driving. I found Integrity auto services, and took my car there. The immediate diagnosis was that one of the brakes had worked loose, and needed to be replaced to continue driving. By the next morning, they had the part, and had replaced the whole brake mechanism! I am thankful to Dave for having done such a quick and thorough job to get me back on the road.

Excellent and on time service. Spotted some problems on my truck while doing an oil change. Solutions were offered but not pushed. All work that I approved was accomplished, on time and under my expected cost. Very happy to have found Integrity Auto.

I am not one to leave a review but, in this case, I had to. I had a few bad experiences with mechanics in my past so I was very scared to take my car in to a stranger, but a friend recommended me to come here because Jeremy was good mechanic and someone you can trust. I had a few problems with my car, and they were fixed but unfortunately due to bad parts I had to come back and have it fixed again. Jeremy the owner stepped in and not only took care of the problem as he mentions is his guarantee but went above and beyond his call of duty and fixed other problems that were not even his fault and did not even charge me. I am blown away that we still have people with Integrity that stand by their commitment to give you the best service you could ask for and not try to burn you. Would I take my car back to Integrity Auto? You bet I would. They have the best service and a wonderful staff.

MY WIFE TOOK HER 2000 RAV#4 THERE NOT LONG AGO----THERE WAS SOME ISSUES OVER WORK DONE BEFORE WE STARTED DOING BUSSINESS HERE THE MECHANICS HERE NOT ONLY MADE IT RIGHT-BUT WENT ON & OVER THEIR CALL OF BUTY ON MY WIFES CAR.............WOULD I SUGJEST HER TAKING HER CAR BACK 2 THEM AGAIN ;ABSOLUTELY/SCOTT THE PROF. I was very impressed with how fast they got me in as a walk in. My vehicle was misfiring coming over the mountain pass, called around to other shops.. with no luck. They were the only ones to offer reviewing the engine code & then offered to fit me in. They saved my day & eased my worries
