All work was done within the time frame discussed and the work was clearly and thoroughly explained, and was done with excellence. Taking my vehicle there was an all around great experience!

They helped me in a pinch I was having some electrical problems with my car that I use to travel with an Incident Management Team (a fire team). I called them this morning and we agreed I would bring it in at 1:00 p.m. I brought it to them, they diagnosed the problem, replaced the alternator, and had it ready for me to pick up at 4:30! When I picked it up, we discussed the problem and they had tested for additional problems that may have been contributing to the alternator failure and found none. I appreciated their forethought to make sure to check thoroughly in case something else was wrong, rather than just fix the obvious. Great folks to work with.
