We are new to the community as of 10 months now. Moving from Eugene we had to find new service providers in every walk of life, including service and maintenance for our three vehicles. All have now come under the watchful eye of IAS. We are impressed, really! No need for us to look elsewhere. We came to them from recommendations of two locals who spoke well of them, and we find the praise they game them, deserved. Our advice: go ahead and trust them with your vehicles. They are honest and thorough. Oh yes, and competent by our experience with them.

My experience with Integrity was very good. They were very attentive and friendly. We were travelling thru the area and had sensor go bad and it was going shut down our diesel Silverado. They were able to look into the issue and have it fixed the next day. I highly recommend Integrity Auto Service.

We had some unexpected issues with our truck when driving through the area on the way to Christmas valley. Luckily they were close and got us right in. Since we were towing rented equipment they offered to let us borrow one of their trucks so we could get our job done while they worked on our truck. Called us later in the day to tell us what the issue was and how much it would be. Got everything fixed that day. Amazing customer service. If we ever need anything worked on when we are over there we will 100% use them every time.

This business is a great contribution to the community. I’m from out of town & my check engine light came on. They did a quick diagnosis of the problem & then, at my request, looked more deeply to determine what was really going on. They educated me about what they found & proposed a number of possible solutions to fit my financial & safety needs. They made sure I had a list of what they thought would be needed in the future based on my choice of immediate repairs. AND the final bill was less than the original estimate because they didn’t want to give me an unpleasant surprise when it came time for me to pay the bill. They are very honest & open & reasonable. They LISTENED to me at every step of the way. I wish I could give them more stars.
