Top notch service, couldn’t be happier. The guys at Integrity did a great job diagnosing issues and communicated cost and schedule in a straightforward, honest way. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a great shop that cares deeply for their community.

On our trip to our new house our car water temperature was very close to red. We stopped in Bend to find an emergency repair. We tried several auro repair companies and they all we're full for at least a week. I called Integrity Auto Services and they said they could help. We arrived shortly they took my car in the back and began running the tests. It was a clogged radiator. They ordered a radiator but they would not get it until the next day. We searched La Pine for a hotel that could take us and our dog. Closest place was the Sun River Resort. They drove us up there and picked us up. After getting it back from one auto repair company. Everyone was super helpful and a preasure to work with.

Great service! Bill kept me abreast of all the issues with the repair of my differential. They also provide Courtesy Transportation, an added benefit! Will use Integrity in the future.

Great communication. Nothing was done without approval. I will be returning, great shop and I don’t have to go to Bend to have my vehicles worked on.

Integrity Auto saved me a ton of money in repairs on my truck. A dealership spent weeks “diagnosing” an issue with my sunroof, only to say I needed a bunch of replacement parts. Luckily I moved before I could do that, and I ended up at Integrity instead. They got me in the next day and within a few hours had found and resolved the issue without needing any replacement parts. They were friendly and communicative, and thanks to them I will never go back to the dealership!
