My a/c went out while on my way to La Pine State Park on a 100+ degree day. I called Integrity Auto and they got me in the shop the next morning. They replaced the compressor and had it done that afternoon! They even gave me a ride to and from my campsite while they worked on my truck! Everything was as promised! This is a great family business. I just wish they were located closer to where I live so that I could use them for all of my auto service needs!

We were driving through the area on a camping trip and had some issues. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix it same day. They even went out of their way to drive us to town to get food. I’m so grateful for these very kind people who were able to help us out of a tough spot. Amazing service and they have a very nice waiting room which was a huge bonus!

Had a leaking radiator and brought it in to be diagnosed. Integrity found the radiator had a small hole in the bottom and needed to be replaced. Integrity kept me informed and finished the job pretty quickly for the size of the job. Price was fair and the work is top notch. Will go there again should I need repair work done.

I highly recommend Integrity Auto! A week ago I found myself stranded on the side of the road. Being from Redmond, I wasn't sure who to contact, but was so pleased when I called Integrity and talked to Krista. She was extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional. Even though they were booked with appointments for the day, Jeremy was able to squeeze me in. Krista even called a tow truck for me. Once at their garage, they got my car in right away, were able to diagnose and fix the problem, and even drove my car around to make sure that the issue had been fixed. The wait wasn't a long one and I was comfortable in their furnished waiting room. Thanks again, Krista and Jeremy!

I was very impressed with this company. They were professional. I am full time RV and have had my truck in for service all over the USA and this is hands down the best experience I have ever had. We are only here for a week and they were able to get me in and taken care of. Thanks very much you guys keep doing what you are doing and you will be in business for a long time.
