La Pine Auto Repair

This was the first time I had used Intrgrity and I will continue to go here I own a 2000 Ford F550 that had a check engine light. The service was excellent and Bill the service writer kept me informed about the situation that I took my truck there for. Bill was polite and very professional. I am a retired HDR mechanic and lack the tools to read codes and check engine lights I had to rely on them for such services. I had them do the repairs as well and my truck has never started this easy and perform this good.

The problem was key stuck in ACC position. Wouldn't come out. Thomas spent the time on diagnostic to determine the real problem,and notified us throughout. And quoted the prices in advance. Excellent service. Thank you

This place is awesome. They took such good care of me and my son when we had a break down on our road trip. I am terribly glad we made it to this shop over any others. They were kind and helpful and fast and reasonably priced. They made sure we werr safw and comfortable and got us back on the road the very next day. All the best things. Highly recommend.
