Outstanding business. I have been taking my Ford Escape and my Ford F-150 pickup to Integrity for about 2 years now after several poor experiences with the Ford dealer (Robberson) in Bend. Every time I have taken my vehicles to Integrity, whether for scheduled maintenance or repairs, they have been very thorough in explaining the process, obtaining the parts, and how long the repair will take. I am not very educated in some of the more advanced repairs that have been done to my vehicles, so appreciated the explanations. I think the prices they charge are very fair. All the folks that I have dealt with there are pleasant on the phone and in person. Glad to have a local business to take care of my vehicles.
