I had a great experience at Integrity Auto. They took care of my vehicle in a timely manner and even sent me a video of the items that needed repair. Everyone was very friendly and took the time to explain the services provided. I 100% recommend Integrity Auto!

Outstanding business. I have been taking my Ford Escape and my Ford F-150 pickup to Integrity for about 2 years now after several poor experiences with the Ford dealer (Robberson) in Bend. Every time I have taken my vehicles to Integrity, whether for scheduled maintenance or repairs, they have been very thorough in explaining the process, obtaining the parts, and how long the repair will take. I am not very educated in some of the more advanced repairs that have been done to my vehicles, so appreciated the explanations. I think the prices they charge are very fair. All the folks that I have dealt with there are pleasant on the phone and in person. Glad to have a local business to take care of my vehicles.

It is difficult to live up to the name "INTEGRITY!" Jeremy has a company that has met that mark at each time I've been there.

My vehicle was repaired by the staff and Integrity Auto. I was given a loaner vehicle during the repair process. All problems that were discovered in the inspection on my vehicle or more than sufficiently repaired to my satisfaction completely. I would also like to note that safety issues were discovered and inspection of my vehicle that were repaired to my satisfaction. Jesus shoes could’ve caused either further damage to my vehicle or in the worst Scenario could’ve caused either injury or death to myself or other occupants on my vehicle. I must say that I feel indebted to those repair facility and I emphatically trust him in the future with any and all repairs to my vehicles.

2010 Toyota Rav4, 85000 miles We had a comprehensive fluids replacement [auto trans flush, both differentials, antifreeze], engine code checks, induction and fuel system cleaning maintenace, shocks and struts replaced. Our intention is to maintain a highly reliable vehicle with as much new car performance and safety. We like the clean, organized facilities. They keep you informed and in the loop. We both noticed a good improvement in vehicle acceleration and an improvement in ride quality. When this shop does an initial automobile evaluation for repairs, a narrated video is provided for your information. Also repairs are warranties if you use the recommended parts. I have decades of experience with auto repair shops and we are making Integrity one of our regular sources.

My first visit and I will be back anytime I need repair or service. I’m new in the area and got there by referral, the best advertising you could want.
