La Pine Auto Repair

I was traveling through La Pine when my pickup had a major engine problem. The employees at Integrity Auto quickly identified the problem. They were able to start working on engine right away. It took several days to complete the repair. During that time I was kept informed on the progress and any questions I had were answered right away. My pickup is now running great. I was very impressed with all Integrity Auto employees I came in contact with and they did a excellent repairing my pickup.

Jeremy and the others at Integrity Auto were so helpful and kind when the engine in our truck failed! They us gave a loaner while they worked diligently to find the source of the problem. They were patient and supportive while we made our decisions. I cannot recommend them enough!

Thomas, Bridget, and team are awesome. I love the inspection video, and that I can speak with anyone on the team and get a knowledgeable answer. I have used only Integrity since I moved to La Pine, which has been 4 years. I have trust issues and will drop an auto shop at the drop of hat if I think they are being dishonest with me. I’ve been beyond impressed with my services at Integrity. I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and I live far from family so it is a HUGE relief to me to have a place I can entrust my vehicle’s care to. They are honest, kind, and personable. Thomas and team helped our family out of a tough spot when our car broke down on the way home from a recent road trip to Sunriver. He and his staff were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They got our car fixed and back on the road the very next day.

I’m extremely satisfied with their work and professional ability. I went to 2 shops that didn’t do anything. Integrity auto services found the problem and had no problem fixing it except waiting for parts which was normal.
