Initially I spoke with Russell and he was wonderful. Once my car was dropped off, and through the remainder of the process I spoke with Thomas many times regarding the leak under my engine. He was so helpful, and amazing! An absolute pleasure to interact with. I extrememly appreciate good customer service! I was traveling through La Pine when my pickup had a major engine problem. The employees at Integrity Auto quickly identified the problem. They were able to start working on engine right away. It took several days to complete the repair. During that time I was kept informed on the progress and any questions I had were answered right away. My pickup is now running great. I was very impressed with all Integrity Auto employees I came in contact with and they did a excellent repairing my pickup.

Jeremy and the others at Integrity Auto were so helpful and kind when the engine in our truck failed! They us gave a loaner while they worked diligently to find the source of the problem. They were patient and supportive while we made our decisions. I cannot recommend them enough!
