They helped me in a pinch I was having some electrical problems with my car that I use to travel with an Incident Management Team (a fire team). I called them this morning and we agreed I would bring it in at 1:00 p.m. I brought it to them, they diagnosed the problem, replaced the alternator, and had it ready for me to pick up at 4:30! When I picked it up, we discussed the problem and they had tested for additional problems that may have been contributing to the alternator failure and found none. I appreciated their forethought to make sure to check thoroughly in case something else was wrong, rather than just fix the obvious. Great folks to work with.

First of all you gave us a compete diagnostics test and a detailed print out of what you were going to do to our vehicle, Then we setup and appointment to have the car serviced it took around 1 1/2 to do the work which they expand in the beginning of our discussion. Top Quality, but expensive at $90/hr. After spending $1200 at MAC Radiator for a couple hoses and a AC condenser, It cost another $1840 at Integrity Auto to get my AC system on my 1969 El Camino up and running. This price did include a few other things also!

Honest and Professional Integrity really seems to care about you and your car. They are interested in fixing the problem at hand, and also paying attention to the little things that can be taken care of to prevent bigger problems in the future.

Great knowledge and service! I described a brake problem to Jeremy over the phone and once again, he impressed me with his knowledge and accurate evaluation of the problem. One I had the car at his shop he quickly fixed the problem and had me on my way. LaPine is out of my way (Bend) but Integrity Auto Services is worth driving to!

Fast, Friendly and Fixed Right ! Did a wonderful job replacing our cooling system. Everyone says they are highest price in town. But you also must consider they have a 2 year warranty, got our car fixed a week early and have awesome customer service. I don't mind paying a little more to have them get the job Done Right.
