Rescued our Memorial Day holiday Friday before Memorial Day weekend water pump is sounding like a hub cap full of lug nuts. Three hundred miles from home to enjoy some desert time and then this! Eleven a.m. one shop turns us away, "going home at one o'clock today. Try Integrity Auto." Glad we did. Estimated 2 hours and a suggested price that sounded fair. After a leisurely lunch and brief wait the repair was done on time and for the quoted price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Integrity Auto for repairs in the LaPine area. They rescued our holiday weekend. Really!

We were not familiar with any shops in the area, but decided to have our car repaired at Integrity. We worked mainly with Rich but found everyone there friendly and ready to help us. Integrity took charge of working with our insurance company and getting a new transmission through the dealership. They kept us informed all the way and worked to get us back on the road as soon as possible. My car is running great again and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
