Great knowledge and service! I described a brake problem to Jeremy over the phone and once again, he impressed me with his knowledge and accurate evaluation of the problem. One I had the car at his shop he quickly fixed the problem and had me on my way. LaPine is out of my way (Bend) but Integrity Auto Services is worth driving to!

But you also must consider they have a 2 year warranty, got our car fixed a week early and have awesome customer service. I don't mind paying a little more to have them get the job Done Right. Took care of me right away! Very friendly service! Everything was perfect in every way except I thought the labor charges were a bit expensive. Also, I have to go back in when I get a chance as the check engine light is on which wasn't there before I took the car in. Even tho I haven't been to the shop before, Jeremy treated me as if I had been a regular customer in the past. My wife was in the hospital at the time and I was worried about how I was going to get my car back and forth from home. Jeremy provided transportation for me and set my mind at ease. Yes, I would recommend this business to my friends!

Rescued our Memorial Day holiday Friday before Memorial Day weekend water pump is sounding like a hub cap full of lug nuts. Three hundred miles from home to enjoy some desert time and then this! Eleven a.m. one shop turns us away, "going home at one o'clock today. Try Integrity Auto." Glad we did. Estimated 2 hours and a suggested price that sounded fair. After a leisurely lunch and brief wait the repair was done on time and for the quoted price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Integrity Auto for repairs in the LaPine area. They rescued our holiday weekend. Really!
