My sons were travelling from Crater Lake back home to Northern California when my son had car trouble. Trying to help as best I could I called and spoke with Tanya. Not only did Tanya help my sons she helped me feel much better about the whole situation. They offered them drinks, a loaner car if they needed to stay at a hotel, and a calming voice to a father that was more than 8 hours away! The shop received the car an hour from the time they closed, yet identified the issue AND stayed late almost two hours to finish the repair. Definitely ABOVE and BEYOND service, thank you very much to Tanya and her whole team at Integrity Auto Services!!! Would give you more than 5 stars if possible!

This place saved me from being stranded 9 hours from home. My car broke down in the middle of them being swamped with repairs and they were still able to help me. They recommended a towing company, fixed my car fast, and were nothing but nice and true to the name of the shop. They do great work here, truly an amazing place.

Everyone there was so nice , and I am so happy about the work they did on my car. The A/C Work's perfect . I am definitely going too recommend them to everyone . 😇
