The shop diagnosed and fixed a sudden, major loss of oil in a timely manner, including clean up of the engine area and inspection of other systems to be certain of safe operation. They allowed us the use of their van to get around town while work was being done. The service manager was friendly and knowledgeable, going above expectations to make this event less stressful.
