Before my previous vehicle was totaled they were able to take care of some much needed maintenance work. One of the features of Integrity Auto that I appreciate is that they actually take a two to three minute video of your vehicle and e-mail it to you to give you an idea of the status of every aspect of your car. I appreciate that they're open with what work needs to be done immediately and what they estimate can wait a bit longer. They do cost a bit more than other automotive service centers, but I appreciate the way my vehicle is handled and the professional customer service.
