These folks are a rarity - extremely decent people on top of being very good at their craft! We had a blown radiator hose while on a camping trip nearby (Wickiup Reservoir). I called, only to find out that they were booked out three weeks. I explained my situation of having just arrived at camp - limping in with an over-heating engine while towing our trailer - and needing some way of getting this taken care of on a Friday before everything (including them) closed for the weekend. Without help, we would have had significant trouble and huge expense getting our equipment home (Portland area) and not missing work. They took us in for a look-see, and committed right on the spot to make sure we wouldn't be left to fend for ourselves. They fixed the original problem, performed a couple of other services at our request, and provided us with a loaner to go get a meal while we waited. Job done before closing and our weekend was saved! All while being treated with care and genuine concern for our well-being. I hope Jeremy does well enough with this business to franchise it all over the state! If I lived in La Pine, they would definitely be my go-to mechanic house!
