I could write about what a great job you did on my 19 year old Suburban, but that wouldn't do you justice - your mechanical expertise is not the main thing that sets you apart; it is your determination to always "do the right thing." You demonstrated your genuine concern for others' well-being by how you treated us when our radiator hose blew a hole and we show up on your doorstep at noon on a Friday hoping for your help. We drove away with a fixed cooling system and peace of mind - not to mention a salvaged weekend camping trip that could have gone horribly bad if it were not for you guys. Thank you for being decent people in addition to being very good at your craft! La Pine is lucky to have you there. Please prosper and propagate! We'd love to see you bring your company culture to the Portland area!

The shop diagnosed and fixed a sudden, major loss of oil in a timely manner, including clean up of the engine area and inspection of other systems to be certain of safe operation. They allowed us the use of their van to get around town while work was being done. The service manager was friendly and knowledgeable, going above expectations to make this event less stressful. Highly appreciate and recommend their service.
