Outstanding service from start to finish. Super professional and friendly. They went out of their way to document the vehicle, did a video, and make their recommendations. No oversell. Thomas was the mechanic and did an awesome job. The service was done in the amount of time they promised. Charges were not over inflated. 8`). Integrity is what they are.

I'm very glad I found Integrity Auto Services on a recent trip to La Pine. When I arrived, I realized my car needed an oil change and the customer service representative was able to find a way to fit my car's maintenance into the already full schedule. I really appreciated the friendly service and felt confident about the attention to detail given to my car, which in turn gave me peace of mind as I traveled home.

Heater issues: Had such a great experience with this company! Especially for a young person! They are honest, welcoming, awesome communication skills, and great on explaining their work! And where overall trustworthy, and went above and beyond to help their customers. Which I can honestly say I have never experienced at an auto repair shop!
