Kyle is the best at keeping the customer informed. Sam was great as well at letting the customer know what s happening. Unfortunately I went in for my transmission, all diagnostics said it was my catalytic converter, which I had replaced along with a back break job and a master cylinder replacement. Every time my husband and I drove my car we could feel gear slipping but integrity kept saying they didn’t feel it. I had the transmission flushed but my husband and I still felt the gears slipping. Then it wouldn’t go into reverse. The car was at the shop 2 weeks for the converter. Everyone who test drove it said they didn’t feel any slipping or jerking of the gears. I drove home, stopped for my mail and my car wouldn’t go into gear. Finally it did but hi sounding revs were audible. The next day it wouldn’t reverse. Then it sounded like grinding. Later in the day it drove smooth except between 30 and 40 mph, bucked a couple of times. The next day, 3 rd day after leaving the shop the car barely would move. Almost $3,000 for things that could have waited but the reason I went in was the transmission and now…..I have to replace my transmission which was mis diagnosed.
